How much does delivery cost with Curaprox?

Delivery is free for all orders over RM 170. Orders under RM 170 will be charged RM 8 for West Malaysia and RM 15 for East Malaysia.

When will my order be shipped?

The chances are that your order has already been shipped! You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account under ‘Orders’.

Orders are generally shipped withing 24 hours during weekdays, provided that: 

  • The payment for the order has already been made, or payment by invoice has been selected.
  • All of the products ordered are in stock in our warehouse.

Please allow additional order preparation time for orders placed over weekend and holidays. 

We ask for your understanding should we be unable to ship your items immediately. There are lots of different stages involved in delivering your parcel, which unfortunately means that there is potential for delay. At the time an order is prepared and ready, a notification will be sent to provided email address.

Warranty & returns

What kind of warranties do you offer and what do they mean?

All of our products have been developed to meet the highest quality standards and have a long service life as a result. However, we only offer warranties for our Curaprox sonic toothbrushes. These warranties last for a total of three years. To do this, simply go to your user account and register for warranty under ‘Registered products’.


How do I extend the warranty for my Hydrosonic toothbrush?

Take advantage of our first-class customer service and enjoy a total of three years warranty on any of our sonic toothbrushes. Simply go to Registered products in your user account and register a new product. 

If you do not yet have a Curaprox user account, then now is the time to get one! To get started, click Sign in in the menu at the top of the web page.


My product is faulty – what should I do?

Please inform us of the faulty product as soon as possible using the contact form or by phone/whatsapp +6017-6978438. We will then look into whether we can replace it and tell you what to do next.

When can I claim on the warranty?

Warranty claims can be made in accordance with the legal regulations. 

In the case of Curaprox Hydrosonic toothbrushes, you have the right to the rectification of any faults that occur during the statutory warranty period of two years after delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage and faults that occur as a result of incorrect use, handling or storage, incorrect or negligent care and maintenance, over-use or improper repair by a non-authorised service provider.

Do I need to set up a customer account?

Your contact details are stored and automatically filled in for any future orders. Your order history allows you to view all previous orders, re-order them and track the status of your orders.

A customer account also allows you to register your Hydrosonic toothbrush for three years warranty.
